    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Working Site Manager to join our client's team for a retail store refresh program along the M62 corridor.

    This exciting project involves a range of tasks, including decorations work, changing of ceiling panels, and amclad installation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and meets quality standards.
    • Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Perform hands-on work as required, demonstrating a willingness to pick up various tasks on the tools.
    • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate project success.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on retail store renovation or refresh projects.
    • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
    • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
    • First Aid certification.
    • Asbestos Awareness certification.
    • IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) certification.
    • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
    • Ability to work night shifts and travel along the M62 corridor as needed.
    • Full UK driving license.
