    DMJ is delighted to partner with a generic pharmaceutical sourcing company to assist their search for a Managing Lead Counsel to join the team.

    This is a critical role in supporting the businesses highest value joint venture and is the third largest sourcing company in the UK.

    The role will manage a small team reporting into the general counsel based in the US. The role will interface heavily with the UK CEO working with them directly on a daily basis.

    Key parts of the role include:
    day to day legal advice to the partnership's business team in London, advising on compliance with UK lawsas the key legal advisor to the senior leadership team on an array of topics relating to operations and business activitiesand prepare various contracts, amendments and standard terms and conditions for generics procurement and provide guidance on contract standardsRequirements:qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 10 years PQEworking in a healthcare regulatory environment, with pharmaceutical procurement experience is preferredcommunicator with the ability to effectively manage a team, build strong relationships and excellent attention to detailPlease apply by clicking the link or email me directly on
