    Job Description

    International firm has a brand-new requirement for a Global Immigration Specialist to work as part of their London team. This is a consultative role that requires a high level of expertise in immigration law and regulations. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working with global programme management, consular services and vendor management. Exposure to working on a client site is also highly advantageous.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a growing department within a globally renowned firm.

    Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

    • Act as main point of contact service regarding for all global immigration queries
    • Provide consular application advice, including coordination of visas and document authentication.
    • Assist with coordinating global immigration matters with global network of local counsel
    • Project managing visa processes across multiple locations whilst ensuring compliance on behalf of client needs
    • Provide updates to clients regarding the impact of potential legislation changes
    • Oversee client immigration program, keeping up to date/real time records

    You will have:

    • Strong experience in global immigration, with exposure to working on high volume based accounts.
    • Experience of working within a global law firm/Big 4 is preferred.
    • A proven track record of coordinating visa processes across multiple locations is key, as you as you will be required to support clients on international projects.
    • Previous experience of working within UK corporate immigration, particularly within the Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa category will be beneficial
    • Additional language skills and strong academic background would be advantageous.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and co-counsel is also key, as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high profile global organisations.
