    STORE MANAGER | LEEDS | SALARY UP TO £33,000 PLUS BONUS & BENEFITS | RETAIL Our client is a successful and well established high street retail business who are looking for a successful Store Manager for their busy store in Leeds This is a fun, upbeat environment where a genuine passion for customer engagement and delivering a truly personable level of service is priority and what the business is known forThis business are internationally known and have been awarded on their dedication to customer service, aswell as being in The Sunday Times "Best Companies to work for" for their outstanding workplace engagement Their Store Managers have bags of energy and enthusiasm and a real passion for service and results.

    Store Manager Responsibilities:
    Leading and motivating a large team of associates to successSales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer serviceLeading well by exampleDriving company targets and KPI's including average basket value, units and conversionAccountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operationsBudget and payroll managementCoaching and development of all associatesRecruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates

    Store Manager Experience:
    Experience working at pace within a retail or hospitality backgroundEnergetic and upbeat personalityManaging a large tem and turnoverExperienced driving KPI's and store data
