    Working: Hybrid 1 to 2 days split between London and Surrey

    Wedo are an exclusive partner to a Global FinTech that advises three-quarters of the world's leading insurers and are one of the world's largest providers of actuarial and insurance solutions. As a global leader, they are split into: US, EMEA, and UK & Ireland markets. As Technology Consulting Director, you will have entire ownership of the UK and Northern Ireland markets and will act as a client-facing director from a pre-sales perspective aiding in: pre-sales, solutioning and delivery of their complex software and enterprise platforms.

    Their platforms leverage SaaS, Cloud, Data & Analytics as well as Machine Learning and AI to aid commercial lines, life, property and casualty underwriting.

    The successful Technology Consulting Director will have the following background:

    • Worked at CIO / CTO / Transformation Director level within an insurance company coupled with experience in consulting.
    • Delivered complex programmes of work with a heavy client focus.
    • Pre-sales for consulting and software engagements, especially for complex client solutions.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
    • Proven ability to lead sales engagements in a technology consulting / software environment
    • Respected as a trusted advisor by senior stakeholders of clientele and internally.
    • Ability to transition between operating at a strategic level and in the detail. Leading from the front as well as an individual contributor.
    • Prior responsibility for P&L in the consulting space – this is preferred but not required.

    · 1st stage – 30–45-minute screen (non-technical)

    · 2nd stage – Interview with Head of Technical Consulting in the US

    · 3rd stage – Interview with the Business Partners (Non Technical)

    · 4th stage – Interview with Managing Director
