Tobe able to do this we need to quality assure our projects We aretherefore igniting an entirely new team within quality logistics.In this role you will make sure that Polestar projects arequalitatively aligned with our sustainabilitythinking and ourgoals.

    This position is located at our site inMiraUK.


    Whatyoull do

    Representing Quality inPolestar Projects contains working with quality management thisrole will include everything from quality planning assurancecontrolling preventing and improving the product and processquality during the development phase in ourprojects.

    With your devotion you will ensure andsecure that the deliverables are met by having the opportunity tocreate and perform a quality plan together with the project teams.Youll thrive in being the customer representative and preventingquality issues through for example risk management. This you willdo by consistently collaborate with your project team to secure theproduct in the process.

    Key taskswill be to:

    • Support theprogram team with assessing and executing on the related qualitydeliverables in the quality plan for theprogram.
    • Be Responsible for Lead and secure thequality targets of the program to secure that relevant actions aretaken to close gaps to target.
    • To drive lessonslearnt on the product.
    • Lead and support inMilestone and its deliverables preparationwork.
    • Attend program meetings both Technicalmanagement meetings.
    • Represent Quality inProduct various product review meetings.
    • Attendprogram meetings related to builds and quality of theproduct.
    • Lead and drive quality relatedassessments and reviews during the whole development phases of thevehicles and its serviceconnected

    Further on we believe you tohave:

    • Proven Quality Experience orequal quality education preferable Six Sigma Blackbelt
    • Knowledge of ISO9001
    • Knowledge of DFA DFMEAFMEA PPAPAPQP
    • Experience in vehicle development logicfrom a technical level
    • Knowledge of ISO 26262and 21434 is beneficial
    • Since this role has aglobal focus and responsibility you need to be ready to travel inyour role and its of greatimportance.
