- Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and policies tailored to education recruitment.
- Manage teams across Compliance and Talent resource to ensure full support is provided for our consultants.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Lead the onboarding process for new candidates, verifying qualifications, background checks, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance compliance procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices, integrating them into Milk Education's compliance strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or onboarding role, ideally within the education recruitment sector (other highly regulated sectors such as healthcare will be also looked at).
- Team management would be beneficial, although not essential
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in recruitment.
- Experience of dealing with safeguarding in highly regulated sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create and implement effective compliance strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
