    We are now recruiting for an Intermediate Fire Engineer
    Assist to complete internal and external Fire Risk Assessments both visual and fully intrusive. Advice clients on fire safety compliance within existing and new build schemes. Intermediate Fire Engineer experience (MINIMUM 10 YEARS PQE)

    Understanding of External Wall Risk Assessments Type 1-4 FRA's Compartmentation Surveys Large and small refurbishment and re- cladding projects Fire Protection Work Working Towards:
    MIFire E MIFSM C Build E MCABE CEng Fire Risk Assessment 1. the client in RAG assessing their stock to understand their potential liabilities. 2.

    information relating to fire safety that the client has accrued for their buildings to date and advise them of its suitability.

    3. in conducting Fire Risk Assessments both internally and externally inline with current industry guidance and compile a detailed report. 1. with the project team to produce cost effective, pragmatic remedial solutions where possible. Remedial Works 1. with the project team to compile the ER's. 2. review the contractors proposals 1.

    closely with the clerk of works and the contractor and carry out compliance checks of the works as they progress.
