    By providing excellent care and services to both clients and children, we have ensured the successful growth of the company and to keep up with the rapid pace of this growth, we are now looking for an experienced Area Support Manager to join the team.

    As an Area Support Manager you will oversee a specific area of the catering operations for a region of Primary & Secondary school contracts.

    Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will lead our teams in delivering an excellent food operation, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations.

    You will be working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year,
    Supporting the creation and delivery of sales presentations to potential new clients.
    Assisting in new contract mobilisations.
    Building strong working relationships with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
    Ensuring all teams are fully trained in all aspects of their role and identify any training gaps.
    Carrying out regular unit audits to ensure company standards are met.

    Supporting the Operations Manager in the delivery of action plans to ensure a consistent, service led operation to our clients.

    Currently working in the hospitality/contract catering sector, you will have worked in a similar role previously.

    Supporting, coaching and developing teams whilst ensuring that the team all have the passion to meet high standards and an excellent service level at all times.

    You'll need excellent computer skills, the ability to work under your own initiative with the desire to learn and achieve.
