    Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice are looking for anexperienced Risk and Regulatory - Financial Crime Senior Manager and Director tojoin the team Baringa is committed to reducing financial crime andthe negative consequences it has on society.

    Our business seeks to bringinsight and perspective and have lasting impact for our clients, theenvironment, and on the communities where we live and work.

    We help our clientsto better understand how financial crime can be carried out through theirorganisations and to put in place targeted controls, enabling them to managethis risk efficiently.

    Assessing and benchmarking the effectiveness of firms' Financial Crime controls against regulation, legislation, and industry best practices
    Planning and executing risk assessments to identify top Financial Crime risks and helping firms with mitigation plans and roadmaps
    Designing and embedding Financial Crime Policy and Procedures for firms
    Designing and supporting the implementation of Financial Crime target operating models
    Designing and implementing a range of key Financial Crime controls, translating regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements that describe the system, data, process, and control changes required to achieve compliance
    Leading the planning and delivery of Financial Crime change programmes and projects

    As a key part of our leadershipteam, you will help shape and drive a breadth of exciting and transformationalfinancial crime work across our client base.

    Developing our Financial Crime propositions in line with industry trends and client demand
    Raising visibility of our Financial Crime capability, both internally and externally
    Leading the development of innovative Financial Crime thought leadership and viewpoints
    Playing a lead role in business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, responding to requests for proposals, and proactively networking
    We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and thrive in a team environment
    Experience of designing, implementing, and testing a broad range of Financial Crime controls
    Knowledge and understanding of the current Financial Crime legal and regulatory landscape and key regulatory initiatives
