    Description

    About the roleThe firm is seeking an Associate to join the office in London and to provide support in executing existing M&A deals.

    The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced, passionate professionals with extensive deal record in debt and equity advisory, structured finance and private equity investments.

    Requirements Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking in M&A with a focus on renewable energy. The successful candidate will have worked on acquisitions across UK/EU. The candidate should have good knowledge of the Infrastructure/Energy industry.
    ResponsibilitiesPlaying a key role in the M&A team and work on deal sourcing, materials preparation and analysis, and transaction executionBuilding and updating financial modelsPreparing pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materialsInteracting with clients and other stakeholders in the deal processGuiding, mentoring, and overseeing analystsParticipating in due diligence processes and assisting in the drafting of transaction documentsSkillsExcellent technical and execution skillsStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExperience in building, updating and presenting financial modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in overseeing and preparing marketing materials, including the Information MemorandumStrong organisational and interpersonal skills with experience in interacting with clients, investors, and other advisersAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly and conciselyAnalytical in approach and strong attention to detailAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
