    As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you'll be supporting employees when they are facing the prospect of losing their job due to redundancy, disciplinary or performance issues.

    Or they need us to help them initiate a means to leave their job due to mistreatment, discrimination or other forms of work place dispute.

    Advising employees on the terms and effects of their settlement agreement, both over the telephone and in writing;
    Negotiating more favourable terms for your clients, both financial and non-financial;

    Working in a fast growth scale-up with exceptional people and striving to help us maintain our number one position within the industry.

    As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will have previously navigated the entire spectrum of employment law, addressing challenges such as unfair dismissal claims, discrimination issues, whistle-blowing, TUPE, Employment Tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, redundancy matters, general advisory, and providing counsel on employee exits.

    Employment law knowledge
    IT Literacy and experience using case management software
    Inspired by being at the forefront of innovation and technology in the legal sector
