    Finance Director | B2B SaaS Scale-Up Birmingham | Hybrid Working
    Renumeration | £110,000 + Bonus + Equity

    Finatal are partnered with a PE Backed, B2B SaaS Scale-Up(c£3mil ARR) who are looking for a Finance Director to join their growing Senior Leadership Team.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

    The right candidate will have experience as a number one ideally in a SaaS/Scale-Up environment with ability to 'bounce' and lead from both a commercial and financial standpoint.

    Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive long-term value creation.
    Establish robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
    Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
    Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
    Proven track record of success in senior finance roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Experience managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial reporting requirements.
    Prior experience working in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
