    Logistics Procurement Lead / PE-Backed Boutique Consultancy / Industry Leading / Rapid Career Progression / Birmingham / Flexible Working / £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits including Bonus

    Are you ready to leverage your strategic procurement and logistics expertise within a highly-reputable organisation that will open many doors for you in the future? If so, this is the perfect procurement opportunity for you.

    This best-in-class boutique consultancy has an abundance of high-profile strategic procurement projects within the logistics sector and is seeking a subject matter expert to join their team.

    You will lead diverse logistics procurement and supply chain projects covering all logistics sub-categories, including warehousing, freight, transport, and pallets, all on a purely strategic basis.

    Working alongside industry-leading procurement stakeholders, you will engage in exceptional stakeholder management with a variety of blue-chip organizations, both local and global.

    The consultancy structure offers extensive opportunities for fast-track career progression.


    Logistics Procurement Lead responsibilities:

    Lead a range of high-profile logistics procurement projects with various clients across diverse subcategories, predominantly in 3PL, including warehousing, freight, and inventory management.

    Undertake diverse strategic procurement activities, from transforming effective logistics category strategies through change management and continuous improvement to managing and influencing key suppliers within the logistics space.

    Focus on effective stakeholder engagement by managing key client relationships to fully understand their requirements and aid effective procurement project delivery.


    Logistics Procurement Lead requirements:
    Demonstratable strategic expertise in logistics procurement and supply chain, covering a range of subcategories within 3PL.
    Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management.

    Prior consultancy experience is not required , as great initiatives are provided to facilitate a smooth transition into the consultancy space.
