    Crown Oil is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales representatives, oversee their performance and drive revenue growth for the company. To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent sales knowledge and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    Key responsibilities

    • Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training and development opportunities
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

    Required skills and experience

    • Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in a contact centre or business development in a B2B setting
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
