Hours:
Full Time and Part Time hours available Company / Service information: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Charge Nurse (RMN & RNLD) to work within our warm and welcoming inpatient unit, located in Stanmore, London.
We are band new We are a 26-bed inpatient unit for Males of working age, with severe and enduring mental illness, co-morbid physical health problems and complex needs.
Providing specialist MDT assessment, treatment and support to stabilise an individual's symptoms and help them regain the skills and confidence to live in the community.
Your role:
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, communicate findings, influence change and promote both mental and physical wellbeing.
Complete clinical audits on months, quarterly and annual basis Work with other disciplines, service users and their carers to agree to a holistic, recovery focused care plan to support recovery.
