- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and operations in the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with trainees of all levels
- Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and procedures
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials and courses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
