    Description

    We are looking for a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about Brand Management and Marketing Communications! Join our team and collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager to develop strategic international marketing plans that will drive long-term growth for our brand.

    • Serve as the guardian of Brand Guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all aspects of the business.
    • Work alongside external creative agencies to brainstorm and implement centralized marketing materials.
    • Take charge of planning and executing branded video content, product photography, shopper activations, and more.
    • Supervise the translation of video and marketing assets to maintain a cohesive global brand image.
    • Establish strong collaboration with other central marketing functions to maintain smooth operational processes.
    • Conduct regular competitor analysis to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Build and nurture relationships with our International marketing teams, providing them with valuable guidance and support.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers on New Product Development (NPD) positioning and marketing claims to enhance trade narratives.
    • Assist the team in creating brand presentations for International Marketing Meetings.

    Our ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Marketing Communications, preferably within the consumer goods industry, and hold a degree in Marketing or a related field.

    You should be skilled in creating and delivering marketing campaign materials through various channels.

    Your strong written and verbal communication abilities will be essential, as well as your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    If you are a creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset who thrives on collaboration and excels in fast-paced environments, you are the one we're looking for!

    Experience in briefing and collaborating with marketing agencies or creative suppliers would be a valuable asset. And remember, a valid UK driving license is a requirement for this position.
