    Description

    At The Wise Seeker we are actively seekingcandidates to join a leading company in the electronic musicalinstruments industry.

    Location: Hybrid Remote:to Theale UK or Milan Italyoffices

    Tasks

    • Plandevelop and implement paid campaigns tracking performance andoptimizing based on datadrivendecisions.
    • Formulate campaign strategy researchkeywords analyze competitors and conduct continual testing andoptimization.
    • Manage daily operations of paidcampaigns including bid management budget management impressionshare monitoring and performancetracking.
    • Optimize overall account and platformperformance ensuring adherence to bestpractices.
    • Analyze trends and insights tooptimize account spend andperformance.
    • Coordinate with marketing andcreative teams for implementation of testing and optimizationplans.
    • Build strong relationships with internalteams and global counterparts.
    • Own regularreporting and analysis of paid campaigns presenting results andinsights to stakeholders.
    • Stay informed onlatest search engine/technology trends and changes impactingmarketing goals.
    • Utilize various tools fordatadriven approach to campaign creation targeting andoptimization.

    Requirements

    • Minimumof 3 years of demonstrable experience in managing highquality paidcampaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Experiencein handling large budgets and multiple campaigns atscale.
    • Proven track record of driving strongpaid performance.
    • Ability to analyze data andproduce optimized accountstrategy.
    • Commercially minded organized andhighly accurate with numbers.
    • Strong analyticalabilities in Excel.
    • High ability to prioritizeand selfmanage projects.
    • Entrepreneurial test& learn mindset.
    • Strong presentationskills.
    • High knowledge of best practices indigital marketing.
    • Solid understanding of SEOprinciples.
    • Experience with Analytics platforms(GA4 Adobe Analytics).
    • Excellent attention todetail and highly organized.
    • Ability to work ina fastpaced environment and meetdeadlines.
    • Desire to further expand and developdigital marketing skills.
    • Additional languageis a plus.
    • Experience/knowledge of the musicproducts industrypreferred.
