    Account Manager (m /w/d) für die RegionWeser/Elbe Dreieck

    Der:Die Fachberater:in im Außendienst ist zuständig für die Steuerung aller Aktivitäten zur Erreichung der Umsatz- und Margenziele sowie zur Gewinnmaximierung in seinem:ihrem Verkaufsgebiet. Darüber hinaus ist er:sie, in enger Abstimmung mit dem:der Fachberater:in im Innendienst, für den Ausbau und für die Qualifizierung des Kundenstamms verantwortlich. Ziel ist der Aufbau einer langfristigen Partnerschaft mit dem Kunden durch Sicherstellung der größtmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit und Profitabilität. Der:Die Fachberater:in im Außendienst baut die Kundenbeziehung durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche in seinem:ihrem Verkaufsgebiet auf.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden sowie Neukundenakquise
    • Erstellung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen und profitablen Wachstumsstrategie für das eigene Verkaufsgebiet
    • Zielorientierte Marktbearbeitung und Marktanalyse
    • Auswerten und Bearbeiten von Verkaufsstatistiken
    • Mitarbeit an Marketingveranstaltungen

    Ihr Profil:

    • Bachelorabschluss bzw. vergleichbare technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
    • Sehr gute Branchen-, Produkt- und Marktkenntnisse
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich des Kundenbeziehungsmanagements
    • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
    • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und idealerweise Kenntnisse im E-Commerce
    • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
    • Lösungsorientierte, effiziente und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
    • Freundliche und verbindliche Art
    • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Ihres Gebiets
