- Responsible for scheduling all candidate interviews, working closely with the TA partners and hiring managers.
- Carrying out all background checks and RTW checks prior to candidates starting, aligned to the regional legal requirements .
- Working closely with the HRIS team, ensuring all vacancy details are accurate and processing any changes.
- Supporting candidates on work visas through the visa process, working in collaboration with TA and global mobility.
- Processing all offers for new hires in the ATS and ensuring the candidate is supported through the onboarding process.
- Managing all internal offers and dealing with colleagues as they progress through the recruitment process.
- Processing any referral payments in the system for payroll to include in colleagues salaries where necessary. Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a TA team ideally in a global shared service centre
