    Description
    Responsible for overseeing the design and engineering processes in a steel fabrication company.

    They lead a team of designers, drafters, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design development, while collaborating closely with project managers, production teams, and clients to meet project requirements and timelines.

    Develop and implement design strategies to meet project goals, industry standards, and client specifications.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Ensure adherence to design standards, codes, and regulations.
    Oversee the creation and modification of engineering and fabrication drawings using appropriate software and tools.
    Delegating tasks, designs, and projects across the team.
    Being the main coordinator for all design projects.
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience in design management within the steel fabrication industry.
    Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, SolidWorks).
    Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, codes, and design standards.
    Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering quality work.
