    This role may require occasional flexibility around important meetings, events, or visitors.

    In June 2021, Just Childcare was acquired by the Partou group of companies, followed by their acquisition of All About Children in September 2022.

    The merger of both organisations will establish Partou UK as one of the largest childcare providers in the UK.

    Through organic growth and targeted acquisition, plans are in place to significantly grow the UK estate, making it an exciting and rewarding time to be part of the journey ahead.

    consisting of our Managing Director and Functional Directors you will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations and long-term successensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

    Coordinate and manage the diaries of the executive team, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and attendance at meetings


    Task Monitoring:

    Track and monitor the actions and tasks assigned to senior leadership, ensuring deadlines are met and time scales are adhered to.

    Provide regular updates and reminders as needed to keep projects on track.
    Prepare meeting packs and materials for various senior-level meetings involving the executive team.


    Ad hoc responsibilities will include:

    Travel Coordination:
    Arrange travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, for the executive team's business trips. Handle ad hoc travel requirements efficiently, taking into account preferences and budget considerations.

    Corporate Events Coordination:
    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, such as conferences and company social events.
    This may include arranging special dinner arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
    Corporate events are planned and executed smoothly, with attention to detail in all aspects. Confidential information is handled discreetly, securely and in strict compliance with data protection regulations.

    Proficient IT Skills:
    Comfortable using various software applications for administrative tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email management.

    Attention to Detail:
    High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.

    Problem-Solving Ability:
    Resourceful and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.

    Diary Management:
    Proven experience managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments for senior executives or teams.

    Event Planning:
    Previous experience assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee coordination.
