- Ensure delivery of day-to-day property management and ensure estates are run in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Identify and implement value add initiatives, surrenders, re-gears, property acquisitions and disposals.
- Act as the main point of contact for any estate management issues.
- Authorise and monitor execution of works, plus management of on-site teams.
- Organise regular occupier meetings.
- Assist with special projects when needed.
- Monitor service charges and arrears.
- Service charge budgets and reconciliations against agreed SLA's.

- Degree qualified.
- Member of RICS is preferred.
- Experience managing commercial office assets is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Good knowledge of the L&T Act 1954.
- Excellent communication, written and IT skills.
