    Description

    We are in search of an organized team lead with strong creativity and engagement skills to lead a small team in charge of learning and engagement across EMEA. This person needs to be dynamic and hands-on, capable of delivering in-person training and developing future program proposals strategically over time. We are looking for a team player who can establish trusted partnerships across all business levels, maintaining strong and clear communication channels to ensure training caters to business needs and its people.

    The chosen candidate will spearhead a small team with a critical role in nurturing a culture of continuous learning, growth, and engagement throughout our EMEA locations. Responsibilities include developing, proposing, and implementing programs to address development areas and engagement challenges. Additionally, leading the team to deliver technical and soft-skill training programs as well as fostering a culture of engagement and reporting key metrics to the board.

    KPIs for this role include:

    • 80%+ Employee engagement
    • 100% compliance training complete
    • 80%+ Satisfaction on internal courses
    • Growing our technical Google Certification base (target TBC)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align strategies with organizational goals, utilizing employee surveys to ensure engagement in learning activities.
    • Design and execute training programs, workshops, and incentives to address skills gaps and promote lifelong learning. This includes working with cutting-edge technology.
    • Maintain training and engagement data for monthly reports, develop multifaceted learning strategies, and support career development programs.
    • Create appealing learning opportunities using up-to-date technologies and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance-related training is current and in alignment with regulations.

    Requirements

    • A creative problem solver who enjoys designing programs to tackle challenges proactively.
    • Demonstrated experience in scoping, planning, and delivering engagement and development activities.
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and make proactive decisions.
    • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
    • Quick learner who seeks diverse viewpoints to make informed decisions.
