    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks across various business functions
    • Define and document control procedures and processes for different business areas
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure controls are integrated seamlessly into operations
    • Perform regular testing and monitoring of controls to assess their effectiveness
    • Identify control deficiencies and work with relevant teams to address and rectify them in a timely manner
    • Communicate risk findings and control recommendations to various levels of the organisation
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of the risk management and control framework and propose improvements as needed
    • Contribute to the development of incident response and crisis management plans
    • Play a key role in managing and mitigating risks during critical incidents

    The Successful Applicant

    • Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and present findings and recommendations
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
