    Our Company

    On 28th May 2012 Bvlgari Hotel London, opened
    in the heart of central London's most prestigious area, Knightsbridge, as the
    first brand new luxury hotel build in the city for 40 years. Bvlgari Hotel
    & Residences, London, pays tribute to Bvlgari's silversmith origins and
    Britain's noble manufacturing traditions with an understated, elegant design
    concept with silver forming the underlying theme of the design. The sleek
    architecture and refined interiors are designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia
    Viel and Partners, with Squire and Partners as the local architect, coupling
    the Bvlgari glamour and heritage with sustainable design features and state of
    the art technology. Many of the furnishings and textiles throughout the hotel and
    residences are made exclusively for Bulgari crafted by Italian manufacturers.

    We are looking for:

    A seasoned Head of Security & Safety to lead the division and provide both strategic and operational support
    across the business. You will act as an Ambassador of the hotel, exceeding
    guest, stakeholder and colleague expectations through enhancing the security
    and safety function whilst contributing to the overall business objectives. The position is responsible for the
    management, implementation, coordination, and leadership of all security and
    safety aspects. Within this framework, the Head of Security and Safety will manage all security
    & safety processes and actions within the property.

    The Opportunity

    Security and Safety are pivotal in delivering our vision and we are inviting applications for a Head of Security and
    Safety to deliver an engaging and effective service.
    Reporting to the General Manager the role is responsible for ensuring our security and safety practices are
    world-class and consistently aligned to the needs and the values of the business.
    The position demands an experienced professional well versed in translating UK polices and procedures into
    best practices with the confidence and ability to balance this knowledge with a pragmatic approach to handling
    security and safety needs.
    Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are vital as the role represents the brand through the
    its leadership status and partners with all levels of the organisation. Commercial acumen is necessary in order
    to demonstrate the credibility required to influence decisions based upon business needs.

    The Person

    Ambitious and tenacious, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role ideally
    within the luxury hospitality sector. Implicit to their success is their ability to develop and maintain strong
    relationships by demonstrating an authentic and genuine interest in people - intuitively combining the
    responsibilities of the role with a people and business focused approach.
    The dynamic of the Hotel encourages an entrepreneurial (though not maverick) style and demands a self-starter;
    someone who is willing to make quick decisions involving calculated risks and who has the gravitas to account
