We are looking for an experienced and commercially savvy (CQC) Registered Manager to run the provisioning of our care.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of running an outstanding care service, ideally delivered within a domiciliary care setting and delivered significant growth of a client base through private and local authority clients.

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of safe and effective care services to clients.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.Conduct regular reviews of care plans to ensure they meet clients' evolving needs and preferences.
Recruitment and Training:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the domiciliary care sector.
Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing and leading care services, ideally within a domiciliary care setting.
A relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards within the UK care sector.
