    Primacy Homecare Ltd is a domiciliary care company based in Ickenham, covering the areas of Denham, Gerrard's Cross, Harefield, Harrow, Hillingdon, Ickenham, & Ruislip.

    We are looking for an experienced and commercially savvy (CQC) Registered Manager to run the provisioning of our care.

    The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of running an outstanding care service, ideally delivered within a domiciliary care setting and delivered significant growth of a client base through private and local authority clients.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure the agency's operations adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other governing bodies.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and policies in accordance with regulatory requirements.


    Quality of Care:

    Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of safe and effective care services to clients.

    Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
    Conduct regular reviews of care plans to ensure they meet clients' evolving needs and preferences.


    Recruitment and Training:

    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
    Manage the budget effectively, controlling costs while maintaining high standards of care delivery.

    Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the domiciliary care sector.

    Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing and leading care services, ideally within a domiciliary care setting.

    A relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
    Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards within the UK care sector.
    A commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining the dignity and independence of clients.

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Permanent

    Salary:
    £42,000 - £50,000 per year (depending on experience & fit).

    Driving Licence (preferred).
