- Manage and administer our new children's residential home, maintaining the highest level of care and support in line with OFSTED regulations and Galaxy Home Policies.
- Oversee the well-being and assessment of the children.
- Handle financial management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Take charge of quality assurance and record-keeping.
- Keeping the house clean and hygienic at all times.
- Performing any necessary additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
- OFSTED Registered Manager with qualifications in QCF Leadership and Management in children's residential or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential care, including 2 years in a managerial position within a children's care setup.
- Past involvement in managing residential EBD homes.
- Knowledge of child welfare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Firm dedication to the well-being and growth of children and young people.
- Valid Enhanced DBS and Driving License.
- Prior experience as either a Children's Home Registered Manager or a Children's Home Deputy Manager.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Possess a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Hold a Full UK Driving License.
