TRC has teamed up with a well-known franchise business who have opened a new office in Tilbury.
My client is looking for an easy-going manager to build their new office and assist in providing the best, personal care in the area.
They would look at upskilling a Deputy Manager with experience in homecare tooTo obtain Registered Manager status with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
To provide leadership to the office staff team and community team.
Create a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work life.
Create and maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
Promote and implement the company's policies and procedures.
To assist in the improvement and maintenance of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standard
Maintain high levels of care in line with CQC regulations.
Hold excellent relationships with families and clients as well as local authorities.
To assist in generating referrals, either via forming of relationships with relevant people from the Local Council; or from marketing locally so as to receive private referrals.
Must be able to drive and access to a car.Must also have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within care.
