    we are expanding our team with a Service Engineer within our BESS After-Sales Utility and C&I team in EU, Junior Service Engineer will be also considered.

    As the BESS Service Engineer, you will provide remote support, analyse performance of existing projects, create and provide training internally and to clients and other task involved on the day to day operations.

    You will be required to travel when needed for a site visit or training.


    The Role:
    Performance Analyst. Oversee the existing projects performance carrying out the performance tests and creating the reports.
    Remote support. Provide remote support to internal colleagues and clients. Create, check and provide procedures of the different tasks.
    Training. Create and provide internal and external training remote or on site.
    Support clients of existing projects attending regular meeting to follow up open issues.
    Health and Safety. Strong knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety good practices.
    Manage Service Partners when required.
    LTSA and warranties management for operational projects.
    Maintain a strong knowledge of the BESS utility market and competitive landscape.
    Any other related tasks to the day to day operations.


    You:
    degree in Engineering, or related field.
    At least 2 years of experience in After-Sales within site/remote support position. Experience in the BESS utility market in Europe is a plus.
    Strong technical background in battery energy storage systems and related technologies is a plus.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
    Fluent in English is a must. A further European language or Chinese a big plusWillingness to travel as needed.


    Work Environment:
    This position requires some travel to customer sites.
