    Who You'll Work With:

    The Product Analyst will partner with Product Managers, Investments and Distribution to assist in promoting and driving the growth of the business for AB.

    What You'll Do:

    • Support as point of contact for Global Sales (Regional Consultants / Managers, Institutional Associates / Advisors, etc.) for the specific products (mainly, but not limited to European Fixed Income, Systematic Credit)', with scope for exposure to the full array of fixed income strategies at AB
    • Contribute to AB's European Fixed Income Growth initiative
    • Partner with Product Manager, Investment Management team and marketing colleagues to create and update a strong, consistent suite of core product marketing and client-service materials, In addition, seeks broad feedback from investment management and distribution to identify areas for improvement.
    • Build a deep understanding of the investment process, market outlook, and become a strong thought partner for the specific products assigned (e.g. Portfolio Specialist)
    • Intention to lead on monthly and quarterly portfolio performance and positioning commentary, using attribution and risk reports, whilst co-ordinating with the portfolio management team
    • Support in creating new sales ideas/ways to advocate products across geographical regions
    • Understand overall region/channel strategies to communicate priorities to broader team and members of investment management
    • Engage in Learning & Development for regional training initiatives
    • Assist on/review RFPs, and answer advisor/relationship manager questions on specific sales opportunities
    • In addition, the Product Analyst is responsible for the following in their respective platform:
      • Review and update prospecting decks, fact sheets and product overviews for products on the fixed income platform
      • Write market commentary and updates
      • Update internal sources; work with data team to ensure accuracy of database information
      • Respond to incoming client inquiries and internal requests

    What We're Looking For:

    • Familiarity and willingness to expand on knowledge of fixed income instruments
    • Interested in the capital markets, and finding creative ways to connect with our clients & prospects globally
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure while multitasking, adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining strategic relationships with internal partners
    • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, organized and dependable
    • Qualitative and Quantitative skills, with the vision to assist in creating a compelling story for the firm's fixed income business and individual products
    • A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation and consensus building
    • A desire to interact with internal clients and to guide their product knowledge and support our sales efforts
