    Description

    There is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the amazing Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services as a Curriculum Area Manager for Work Based and Adult Learning. The faculty delivers apprenticeships in Care, Health, Dental Nursing, Early Years and Teaching Assistant, as well as adult courses and Healthcare bootcamps. We are looking for an individual who is inspirational in all they do and has the drive and skill to manage and support a team. You will lead in curriculum planning, teaching, learning and assessment within your area. You will have recognised teaching and assessor qualifications and experience of work based learning. You will have some experience of leading/coordinating a team.

    You will join an experienced Faculty Management Group (FMG) that is extremely supportive and committed to working collaboratively and sharing best practice. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a proven track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, the talent to lead a thriving team, and a desire to develop your career in an Ofsted Outstanding College.
