ACS Staffing Solutions are partnering with a Kettering-based client seeking a proactive Collections Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role will be pivotal in managing a portfolio of business accounts, coordinating collections on bad debt accounts, and providing valuable advice on collections issues.
Manage receivables and collections, comprising 70% of the working week.Report and track net losses to sales management for strategic decision-making.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and field-based representatives, fostering and nurturing relationships to promote the features and benefits of the credit program.
Educate franchisees on collection programs and policies.Recommend legal action to management and execute necessary court follow-up actions.
Ensure collection procedures adhere to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop strong business relationships with regional sales management and franchise sales force to achieve sales objectives.
Actively promote credit sales programs to field personnel, providing training and support as needed.
Previous experience in collections within a Financial Services environment is essential.
Professional telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other computer applications.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relationship management.
