    Orveon is a new kind of beauty company launched in December 2021 as the result of acquiring three unique brands - bareMinerals, BUXOM, and Laura Mercier.

    The Head of International Go-To-Market will have dual responsibilities as the leader of International Go-To-Market Operations (Customer Service, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Demand Planning) and as a key liaison between Orveon's international business leaders and the global Supply Chain groups (e.g.

    NPD, Quality, etc.).

    Orveon's international business encompasses all markets outside of the US and Canada, including customers in South America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific serviced from Distribution Centers in the US, UK, EU, and Japan.

    Act as Single Point of Contact for all international Supply Chain questions from other Orveon functional leadership
    Liaise with Global Supply Chain functions to get input / answers for cross-functional leadership

    Work with DC operations, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in full.

    Establish cycle count and year-end inventory requirements with finance / audit partners
    Work with cross-functional stakeholders and CSCO to prepare recurring and ad hoc updates to Orveon Executive Committee and/or Board on key go-to-market topics
    Bachelor's Degree
    ~ Fluency in English required
    ~ Proficiency/fluency in French preferred
    ~15+ years Supply Chain and Operations experience
    ~ Basic familiarity with typical S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes
