    Description

    TPFRecruitment in collaboration with a distinguished independent firmof chartered accountants based in Bracknell is actively seekingaccomplished and ACA/ACCA qualified Outsourcing Managers to jointheir esteemedteam.

    Asan Accounts & Outsourcing Client Manager you will assume apivotal role in overseeing and managing the accounting functions ofour clients ensuring strict adherence to UK accounting standardsand regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass deliveringsuperior accounting services to clients nurturing robust clientrelationships and leading a team of accountants to achieveoperationalexcellence.


    Responsibilities:

    • Managea portfolio of clients exceeding client expectations and ensuringutmost satisfaction with the servicesprovided.
    • Preparemanagement accounts with intricate reporting requirements and meetstringentdeadlines.
    • Performfinancial analysis and interpret financial data to offer invaluableinsights and recommendations for enhancing clients financialperformance.
    • Utilizevarious accounting software packages such as Sage Xero andQuickBooks.
    • Undertakework at our offices in Bracknell or client premises catering to arange of SME clients including local and internationalclientele.
    • Managecash flow and prepare cash flow statements liaising with banks whennecessary.
    • Preparebudgets and VAT returns offering VAT advice toclients.
    • Liaisewith the payroll department regarding wages pensions and deductionsas well as handle employee matters such as pensions insurance andmedicalbenefits.
    • Coordinatewith external auditors and the general practicedepartment.
    • Stayup to date with changes in accounting regulations and communicaterelevant updates to clients and theteam.


    Requirements

    • ACA/ACCAqualification or QBE with previous practiceexperience.
    • Provenexperience in accounting finance or a similar role focusing onmanaging accounting functions for multipleclients.
    • Proficiencyin MS Office packages with advanced Excelskills.
    • Comprehensivebookkeeping and management accountsexperience.
    • Strongleadership and team management skills capable of effectivelymotivating and guiding a team ofaccountants.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain positive clientrelationships.
    • Currentexperience in a UKbased accountancy practice in an accounts and/oroutsourcingrole.
    • Leadershipexperience.
    • Proficiencyin cash management cash flow andbudgeting.
    • Familiaritywith working with a diverse clientbase.
    • Proficiencyin accounting software and tools such as Xero andQuickBooks.
    • Analyticalmindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpretfinancial dataeffectively.
    • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in afastpacedenvironment.
