    Description

    iRecruit4 are currently seeking a confident and responsible person to join our clients team in primary role will be to work alongside the Technical Support Engineer to create costings, drawings, BOMs and production routes for the manufacture of technical brush strip products, and provide technical support to ensure all customers or potential customers have a satisfactory experience when dealing with the Company.

    We are looking for a dedicated individual who can contribute to the success of the Technical Sales team, ensuring excellent customer service whilst maintaining high-quality standards.

    Hourly Rate:
    £24k-£26k per year
    Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days +Bank holidays Benefits:

    Convert customer enquiries into manufacturing routes using company software
    Provide technical support services including product costing, route planning, master production details and product drawings;
    Provide technical support to customers and suppliers including; Work with Resources to obtain and set up sub-contract operations and components for manufacturing;
    Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
    Assist in converting customer enquiries into quotations, drawings, BOMs and manufacturing routes using company software, CAD and spreadsheets.
    Assist in supporting customers with telephone, email and online enquiries
    Enquire and liaise with suppliers to obtain prices, lead times and technical specifications for materials and sub-contract operations.

    Quality Control:

    Assist in the design and specification of products to company and customer specifications, conduct first-off quality inspection reports, in line quality checks and maintain high-quality standards.

    Liaise with customers to establish quality requirements.

    Training:
    Provide training to team members where appropriate and be open to receiving training as required.

    Previous Experience:
    Training or experience of working in a light manufacturing environment and/or dealing with customers technical enquiries.
    Competent in the use of email, MS Excel, MS Word. An understanding of engineering drawings and basic use of CAD would be an advantage
    Understanding of production assembly procedures and ability to read drawings, production and quality instructions
    A meticulous approach to work, ensuring that every product meets the required quality standards for all industries from agriculture to aerospace and automotive
