First Line Technical Support ApprenticeMonday – Friday, 9.This role will be amixed role, your main role will be working as part of the service deskproviding technical support, but there will also be opportunities for you togain experience within the field engineering team.
Some of yourresponsibilities as part of the Service Desk team will include:Attendingcustomer sites to conduct site surveys & install PABX / hostedtelephony systems and associated connectivity services (Broadband, Leasedlines, WIFI solutions etc.)
Carryingout testing and commissioning of equipment and services
MaintainingWi-Fi networks, data networks and telecommunications equipment
Liaisingwith stock department for stock replenishment
