    Description
    This role will require the successful candidate to speak German . This opportunity is a 12-month contract.
    contemporary working space in city centre location
    ~ and half after 40 hours worked each week
    ~ to secure a permanent contract

    managing a high volume of phone calls. travel including flights, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances and preparing itineraries
    travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately; a team-oriented environment providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
    German and English speaking
    communication skills in person, on the phone and by email
    knowledge of general business and corporate cultures, team player
    proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
