    Description

    A market leader and innovator, they are a designer, importer and supplier of premium bathroom and sanitary ware across multiple brands and channels and this dynamic organisation has a reputation for product excellence and vision, together with an absolute commitment to the customer.

    They continue to grow market share and with revenues exceeding £100m, business performance can only be described as outstanding yet this is a business that will not rest on its laurels.

    They have a clear strategic plan, are highly regarded in the industry and are investing heavily in new products, design and technologies aimed to penetrate markets and enhance profitability.

    As such, we are looking to appoint a Key Accounts & Distribution Director to this significant and high impact role, where you can operate as a change agent in an organisation poised for significant ongoing growth.

    This key position demands an individual with the commercial acumen and intellectual horsepower to create innovative solutions to bring sustained competitive advantage.


    • Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage a small team and your role will be to create, develop and implement a Key Account sales strategy for the UK and Ireland, whilst formulating appropriate customer relationships encompassing key account management, business development and sales execution.
    • You will lead all revenue and margin activities and will ensure that the business can respond to a number of sectors experiencing major change and will bring fresh impetus to customers whilst developing long term alliances.
    • You will understand market segments, drivers and opportunities in order to develop highly differentiated segmented key account strategies to achieve sales growth and market share for customers to include; distributors, buying groups, the 'Nationals' and key online players.
    • Take a lead role in driving business growth covering multichannel and brand ownership in an organisation where year on year growth is a given.
    • Commercial in nature, you will have the ability to operate in a dynamic hands on environment in order to drive credible, high impact key account strategies focused acutely on growth.
    • You will have an outstanding track record of key account management and delivery gained within a forward thinking organisation where best practice is part and parcel of everyday life.

    Salary / Benefits:
