    • Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
    • Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance European E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Licensing at The Pokémon Company International through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include providing analytics, improving processes, collaborating with US counterparts, and championing data strategies.
    • FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt
    • People Manager: No

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end analytics for European operations, deriving valuable insights and collaborating for organizational enhancements.
    • Drive recommendations for automation, standardize reporting, and optimize data collection processes.
    • Serve as an analytics expert, influencing key stakeholders and guiding impactful projects.
    • Develop BI roadmaps, integrate data sources, and create visualizations to monitor key performance metrics.
    • Support marketing campaigns with analytical insights and assist in setting data strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 8-11 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years in E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Licensing analytics
    • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
    • Experience in A/B testing, web analytics, and programming languages is advantageous
