    Making Successful Placements:
    To achieve agreed personal revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly,and annual basisRelationship Development:

    • To deliver an exceptional service to clients and candidates in yourmarket
    • To build effective relationships with both clients and candidates
    • To achieve significant repeat and exclusive business
    Positively promote Elevation's reputation and your personal brand inthe marketSales Growth:

    • To implement a robust Business Development & Sales Plan with yourManager
    • To conduct effective sales meetings (face to face and virtually)
    • To gain exclusive business wherever possible
    • To ensure that CVs, e-mails and all correspondence are highlyprofessional in their appearance
    • To attend client and networking events where appropriate salaries, payrates, training and career progression
    Arranging and attending key industry events and networkingopportunitiesPersonal Development:

    • To achieve a set of personal objectives as agreed with your Manager
    • To have a committed and open-minded approach to training
    To always aim to be the "best" recruiter you can be - taking noshortcuts and always thinking about "service" and your personalbrandClient Development:

    • To identify cross-selling opportunities within your team and acrossElevation
    • To identify and help convert one person each year to come and workfor Elevation
    • To contribute to a positive working atmosphere within your team andthe office
