Amazon Freight (Amazon's newly launched external facing Freight service) is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define the product strategy for newest business, Less-than-Truckload. Key job responsibilities- Gain a deep understanding of the industry, customer and operator experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience, operator productivity and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product positioning strategies
- Translate findings into detailed requirements, prototypes or program initatives
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (tech, product teams, finance, marketing, analytics, etc.) tech teams to deliver initiatives and features
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Gather customer feedback on product and features to drive continuous improvement

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, define the strategy for the product, planning, implementing, and driving initiatives that improve our product offering. You'll encourage and support your colleagues and stakeholders to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Advanced Excel
SQL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Master degree
