    Description
    Assistant Headteacher – Teaching and Learning/CPD

    We are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will have joint accountability with the Deputy Headteacher for Teaching and Learning and whole school responsibility for CPD, including mentoring ECT's and PGCE students.

    This will include the strategic monitoring and evaluation of Teaching and Learning and analysis and resourcing of the training needs of staff within the school as a whole and also for individuals.

    In a school where we have:
    all exam lessons of high quality
    a very good Sixth Form of 450+ boys and girls
    Demonstrate they have made a difference to standards of teaching and learning and achievement in their current post.
    Will be tenacious and consistent in applying school policies and processes and in holding others to account.
    Will be passionate and committed to ensuring every child is able to achieve at the highest level.
