    After recent investments and strong commercial results, we have launched a Production Kitchen in Kentish Town. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to oversee our team, manage the core Melrose and Morgan range, and innovate new products.

    The Head Pastry Chef will lead a small group of pastry chefs and collaborate with the Production Head Chef to oversee the entire kitchen operation. Their duties will include managing the store's counter offerings, meeting stock demands, fulfilling wholesale orders promptly, and creating new seasonal items.

    We are searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing their creativity and enthusiasm to expand our Melrose and Morgan selection.

    Our Kentish Town kitchen opens at 6 am to deliver freshly baked morning goods to the store every day of the week.

    What we can provide:
