You are constantly monitoring, evaluating and challenging planning inputs and provide data-driven insights to improve our performance in this fast-growing business.

The role will require quickly learning operations to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and gaining proficiency with Amazon systems in order to conduct efficient planning and analyses.

You are a person who enjoys operating in a dynamic, fast changing environment and using data to identify and address key risks helping to develop efficient customer centric solutions.

    • Focusing on controllership, driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of planning best practices and automation initiatives.
    • Communicating complex analysis, insights and results to senior leadership to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions
    • Working with a variety of data sources, being able to identify incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root causes, escalating discrepancies, partnering on the resolution and executing fixes
    • Analyzing and solving business problems related to data deviations through identifying root causes, driving corrective-actions and implementing processes and mechanism to insist on highest standards
    • Participating in global operational and production planning initiatives and projects to identify and adjust to growing business needs

Every day, you'll focus on our business objectives – from improving efficiency to increasing reliability – and find creative ways to make these happen.

You'll be part of a team driving major projects to standardise our processes and make improvements to our operations.

That will involve being in regular contact with senior management and a wider group of stakeholders to define the project requirements and update them on status, risks, and impacts.

As a Capacity Planning Manager, you'll be the expert in charge of spotting the problems, seeing the gaps and inefficiencies, and creating solutions.

Deep diving into data will help you find those challenges and keep track of the effectiveness of your improvements.
Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success.

Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.
