As a Product Manager at Companies House you will be responsible for creating, supporting and continuously improving our products and services. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of software and services, respond to changes in design and be able to deliver under pressure to short timescales. Working closely with Service Managers and Delivery Managers, you will seek out opportunities to optimise delivery, while ensuring quality standards are attained and maintained.

Companies House incorporates, maintains and dissolves limited companies, and makes that information available to the public.
This is an exciting opportunity in the Digital Services Directorate, helping to design and deliver quality digital solutions for the millions of users of our services. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in Government and help shape our services to meet the ever-changing demands of the UK�s business landscape.
The Product team plays a key role in the design, delivery and management of these services. Product Managers work with colleagues across the organisation to define, own and solve problems for users of our services. Product Managers work in an open, iterative and collaborative way in a multidisciplinary team, and need to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with designers, researchers, analysts, developers and architects, not to mention stakeholders and colleagues across Companies House. Candidates will be effective communicators with knowledge and application of product management techniques. They understand user centred design practices and know how to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely findings.
