    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager for an independent Dermatology & Aesthetics clinic in London's Harley Street.

    Headed by one of the UK's leading Dermatologists & Aesthetic Doctor, the clinic was established 15 years ago. The business is split 50/50 between Dermatology and Aesthetics. They currently have around 20 staff, comprising of 7 dermatologists, 6 receptionists and 5 Nurses/Therapists, plus the directors.

    Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, and that standards remain high. You will drive sales and motivate staff to ensure that clinic targets are met.

    You will manage staff to ensure that treatments provided are of an excellent standard, and that customers receive an exceptional level of customer service.

    You should be aware of clinic regulations, and you will make sure that health and safety policies are met and hygiene standards are maintained.

    You will also produce management reports, deal with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensure that client records are accurate and up-to-date, and manage customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

    Skills And Experience Required

    You must have experience of managing a private clinic or have comparable experience gained from a similar high-end environment, and be able to demonstrate that you have successfully managed a team of staff, and business performance and operations.

    You must be a confident and proactive individual who can bring a high level of expertise to the team.

    Ideally you must be a graduate with a good eye for numbers and finance.

    As you will work as part of a patient-facing team in an exclusive environment, it is also essential that you are immaculately presented and are an excellent communicator.
