    Oh, and we have a lot of fun along the wayThis is an opportunity to lead a team within a core area of iVendi's product offeringAbout YouThe Tech Lead is a key leadership role, setting the technical direction for the team and, as a line manager, guiding them toward both technical and personal excellence.

    They work closely with Delivery Managers to help coordinate the team's activities while maintaining a high-quality team output that aligns with the wider iVendi architectural vision.


    Responsibilities include:


    Set technical direction and provide technical guidanceAnticipate technical changeAct as a role model and provide mentorshipPromote agile best practicePromote cross-functionalityDevelop a deep understanding of architectureContribute to wider business initiativesHelp coordinate the team activitiesSkills should include:Experience with Microsoft stack including.

    NET CoreContainerisation experienceCloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)A good understanding of Solid development practicesUnderstanding of event sourcing (beneficial)We're remote first in our Product and Tech teams but still see value in collaboration via in-person sessions.

    These are typically once a month in Manchester with quarterly travel to our HQ in North Wales.
