- Managing and coordinating resources to ensure seamless work delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Serving as the go-to person for addressing resource challenges.
- Assisting in team training and development to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Monitoring team performance to support resource utilisation targets.
- Conducting weekly planning and coordination meetings to drive utilisation and profit targets.
- Acting as a liaison between senior management, teams, and clients.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Lead Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Expertise in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Strong team management and delegation skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- A can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
- Stellar communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of electrical water or maintenance (advantageous).
- A full valid driving license.
